We ship the goods from Beirut-Lebanon via DHL worldwide.
Orders placed before 1p.m will be shipped the next day excluding Sundays and Holidays. If you place an order after 1p.m, it will be shipped the very next working day. In the case where no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, we will leave you a notification and attempt to call you and rearrange the delivery.
If you have any other specific requests like leaving the package with the neighbors or a safe place, or you need the package delivered to an alternative address, feel free to mention it in the delivery note or send us an email at [email protected]
PackTags ships worldwide via DHL. Wherever you are, your order will be at your doorstep within 3 to 7 days.
If you simply want to return your order, please fill out the return form here. You can return your order or product for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Products must not be used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must be in the original packaging. Please note that customizable items are not eligible for a refund.
For collars, harnesses, and backpacks we recommend strictly following the sizing charts and measuring your dog precisely before your purchase. We also recommend keeping the label and packaging intact and trying it out before your first adventure. If the gear didn’t fit right you will still have a chance to return, but make sure the gear is with the original label and packaging and kept clean (all dog hair must be removed or you will be charge a 5$ cleaning fee).
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund immediately. Depending on the shipping and on the bank or institute that you used to process the payment, it might take up to two or three weeks to get the cash back. If you are not eligible for cash refund, we will send you an email with your e-gift card exchange amount and direction to use it.
Please note: Refunds don’t include shipping costs paid on your order (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason the order was refused by the customer or canceled during transit, shipping costs (outgoing and return) and any customizable or personalized items will be charged on the customer. Customizable or personalized items it may take up to 3 days to ship. Don't worry shipping will be done seperately if it is part of a bigger order.
